Eternal Curse: Battleground chapter 3 (wip)

Mira and I began to seek out others that might know of someone or even be someone like me, though we really didn’t know where to begin. We set up an anonymous inbox account so we’d be able to communicate with people all over the world, without the fear of revealing Sinclair Manor or ourselves. With the addition of very expensive and exclusive network protection, keeping our anonymity was the least of our worries.

For months, we dealt with psychotic and delusional ranting from all sorts of people who’d been hurt, were grieving, or were misguided throughout their lives. There were just so many lost people out there wanting to be found, and so many who didn’t care by who or by what. It was almost sad seeing the hopelessness of the world from a vantage point I’d never previously recognized- the hurting and misguided masses of ordinary everyday people, the same people I once and sometimes still envy.

Eternal Curse: Giovanni’s Angel chapter 4.1 (wip)

Mira continued to stare at Giovanni for the moment, but with each passing second, her gaze became more and more gentle and compassionate. Abraham and Giovanni were now setting the table with another place set for their guest to join them for lunch. Mira watched the two friends work together, almost like father and son or big and little brothers. Mira struggled from time to time during this observation not to picture the two friends as a knight in shining armor and his small elf-like comrade. Her imagination was on overload and she didn’t know why. She hadn’t yet decided what exactly the dynamic of their relationship was, but she had an idea that the old man was the one with all the lavish provisions.

It’s Like the Full Moon chapter 2.3 (wip)

Rebecca decided to roll out of bed and start her day since Lisa had been so excited for her; and she figured she’d check out her phenomenal view. She stood up from the bed and stretched, reaching up to the sky and then down to her toes. She tip toed over to the window and looked out and was taken aback. It was beautiful. She looked out over the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II with its beautiful shops and devoted travelers. Rebecca stood there for a moment adoring her wonderful view and then turned and finally viewed her room. It was more than elegant; she could not have dreamed of such a place. The whole suite blew her away. Rebecca looked at the time and decided not to waist a moment more.
