Happy Birthday to Me!

DSCN0148 - Copy

This October 21, 2013 I’m celebrating my birthday by independently publishing two new works of fiction and baking myself cupcakes. I’m so excited about all the wonderful things happening with my Eternal Curse Series and the pending release of Eternal Curse: Giovanni’s Angel, but these two works are something completely different from me. I hope you will consider taking a look at what I’ve put together and also check out my companion guide if you have chance.

Thank you all…and here’s to another wonderfully blessed year!

If you happen to feel it your heart to share this, please do so.

My ebooks are currently available for purchase on Amazon for $2.99 each.

Eternal Curse: Battleground chapter 2.2 (wip)

At that point, I too was crying again. Dad held us both in his arms and simply stared at us. He looked at us as if he was witnessing a miracle. He was in awe and amazed that we were there with him.

It was becoming more and more difficult for me to look into my father’s eyes without confusion and discomfort. There I was, twenty-two years old and he only looked to be a few years older than me. In all those years, he’d barely aged. I had always been daddy’s little girl. I never wanted to acknowledge the fact that I knew one day, I’d grow old and he’d outlive me.

Eternal Curse: Battleground chapter 2.1(wip)

“Hey Sis, you feel that?” asked Sheldon.

“Yeah, I do.”

“I don’t feel anything,” said Michelangelo. Uncle Jack reached up, slapped Michael on the back of his head, and then shushed him.

Desperately I asked, “Where is it coming from, Sheldy?”

“He’s in the domicile,” he said turning and twisting his head, trying to lock in on the location of the familiar sensation.

“That’s not possible; I’ve been here all day. I would have seen him,” I proclaimed.

Jack sighed and put his hand on my shoulder. “You were out for a little bit when you took to pastor and the undertaker to view the plot.”

“You’re right,” I said, as I came into the realization.

“I think…” said Sheldon as he closed his eyes and concentrated. He walked around in a circle and then grabbed my hand, held it and squeezed it tight. “I think he’s in the lab.”
