Happy St. Patrick’s Day! – 2015

Wikipedia

I like the meaning or idea behind St. Patrick’s Day and though I’m not Irish or Catholic I do celebrate it. It’s a fun cultural experience that helps me remain open-minded and, unlike many others on this day, I do not go out and get drunk because I can.

I’m not going to go on a tangent about controversy today. Click the image up top if you want to know some of the history, but do some real research if you care. So with that, I say…

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

listography

These are the lists that tell my life story. They are in no particular order and some of them are very personal. Please be nice, and if you want to share, I’d be glad to take a look at what you have.

People I’ve Lived With
-family
parents, siblings, cousins, grandparents, etc…(not all at once, thank goodness)

-a high school friend

-roommates (all female)
two jocks
a boy crazy brain
several sorority girls
a high functioning stoner
one weirdo
one mama’s girl

-my fiancé turned husband

Listography are books and a website dedicated to helping you write or consider your autobiography through the process of making lists.

Everything changes, but I stay the same!

In case you hadn’t noticed, The ToiBox of Words has had a makeover. It’s not something I wanted to do or was looking forward to doing. The thing is, I’ve been using a very old and simple WordPress theme for this site and blog for a long time because I liked it. I liked the simple plain look of it, but it came with lots of problems. This weekend was the final straw that broke the camel’s back. So, now I have an all new look that I don’t love, but am very pleased with; to top it all off, this new format is mobile responsive. So there, Google search.

I will miss the old look though. 🙁
