To Abraham the Eternal Curse is living a long and prosperous life, while trying not to feel guilty about wishing he was dead, just so he could be with his beloved Sarah once again. He feels that he’s cursed to live without her, and so chooses to be happy for the life he has until his time finally comes to move on.
For Giovanni, Abraham thinks the Eternal Curse is that Giovanni has never known love the way he has.
