Top 5: 05 – Fruit

This is a list of my top five something. Most of the time my lists are pretty static, but sometimes I do change my mind. While I do try to apply some logic to my choices, sometimes I pick things that make no sense and for no good reason other than “I like it.”

Fruit
1. Apples
2. Grapes
3. Pears
4. Bananas
5. Nectarines

I like to eat fruits when they are firm. I don’t like to add sugar to my fruit unless I’m cooking or baking something with them.

But you’ve missed some of the most exciting and exotic fruits! What about Pineapples, Guavas, Raspberries, Greengages and Mangoes?

You need to expand your horizons and excite your taste buds, Toi ! .

No…my taste buds are just fine. This is my top 5. I like almost every fruit I’ve ever encountered, but this is the top 5 I would eat for the rest of my life if that’s all I could have.

I never add sugar to my fruit (but then I don’t tend to cook with them either. Prefer them raw.)
