Top 5: 19 – Marvel Villains

This is list is based on my current mood. These are the villains I’ve either been reading, watching, or thinking about lately. There could very well be other villains who acquire my disdain later on down the road.

Like I said last month, this is actually one of the few lists that I can almost guarantee will not be changing. Unless Marvel creates a new character for me to fall in love with or turns one of these characters into a villain, permanently, I don’t see why this should change.

I’m not always crazy about her wardrobe, but with the power to control weather, she can wear whatever she wants. Aside from the fact that Storm is a strong black female character, she has one the most amazing and impactful powers in all the Marvel universe. When I think about really great superheroes, I consider what the impact of their abilities would be if they were actually villains.

If Storm was a bad guy, she could wipe out entire nations with floods, tornados, etc… I like to be inspired by characters like this when writing fantasy because it keeps me from being lazy with my creativity and imagination.
